Sausage Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
Onions
Tomato paste,
garlic &
ginger paste

PROCEDURE
Fry your finely chopped onions till golden brown.
Add your chopped tomatoes and fry to paste.
Add tomato paste, garlic & ginger paste and a little water.
Simmer until the sauce is thick and even in consistency.
Add the pre-fried sausages (Whole or cut) and let them simmer is sauce
for 5 minutes.
Serve with greens of your choice and hot soft ugali or rice or spaghetti
NB: You can vary the stew to incorporate our ingredients eg baked
beans, capsicum etc depending on the accompaniments.
